# Filtering

> Filter and search across repositories, vulnerabilities, and other data.

## Overview

Filtering narrows list views so you can focus on the records that matter. Filters are available in table based views across Cysmiq.

## How filters work

* Open **Filters** from the table toolbar
* Choose one or more filter values
* Filters apply immediately and update the results

## Filters by view

### Vulnerabilities

See [Vulnerability list view](/vulnerability-management/vulnerability-list-view) for the full filter list and defaults. Vulnerability filtering supports **Ref scope**, specific **Branch** and **Tag** reference filters, and hidden drill-down filters from related assets, scans, packages, manifests, and rules. See [Default branch filters](/views-automation/default-branch-filters) for how **Ref scope** resolves default branches.

### Repositories

* **Name**
* **Status**
* **Type**
* **Organization**
* **Application**
* **Package**
* **Package Version**
* **Usage**

### Organizations

* **Status**: Active or Orphaned
* **Type**: organization type values present in your data
* **Name**

### Applications

* **Has Vulnerabilities**: Yes or No
* **Repositories**
* **Created At**: date range

### Application assets

Filters are not available in the application assets list.

### Packages

* **Type**: package ecosystem type
* **Name**, **Namespace**, and **PURL**
* **Usage**
* **Has Vulnerabilities**: Yes or No
* **OpenSSF Score**: select one or more score buckets
* **Recent Advisories**: advisories in the last 90 or 365 days
* **License**: select one or more licenses
* **License Status**: OSI Approved, Deprecated, Multiple Licenses, No License Info

### Package versions

Filters are not available in the package versions list.

### Manifests

* **Ref scope**: default refs or all refs
* **Packages**: With Packages or Without Packages
* **Language**
* **Type**
* **Asset**
* **Path**
* **Package**
* **Package Version**
* **Usage**
