Overview

Use Organizations to review the organization and group structure Cysmiq syncs from your VCS integrations. Organization views help you understand which repositories belong to each VCS owner and whether an organization is active or orphaned. Organizations are synced from integrations. They are not created manually in Cysmiq.

When to use organizations

  • Find repositories by VCS organization or group
  • Review organization hierarchy from parent and child organizations
  • Check whether an organization is active or orphaned
  • See which integration owns an organization
  • Move from an organization into its repositories

Organization list

The Organizations list shows organization name, type, repository count, active vulnerability counts, open technical impacts, integration, created date, and orphaned status. Use the list to filter by:
  • Status: active or orphaned organizations
  • Type: organization types synced into the workspace
Select one or more rows to export organization data.

Organization settings

The Settings tab contains organization-level settings that can apply to repositories under the organization. Settings can include: These settings are covered in the dedicated settings docs where available.

Orphaned organizations

An orphaned organization is a previously synced organization that Cysmiq no longer sees as active from the integration source. Orphaned organizations remain visible so historical repository, scan, and vulnerability context is not lost.
