Overview

Auto assignment applies a default assignee when new vulnerabilities are created. This helps route fresh findings to the right owner without manual triage.

How it works

  • A default assignee can be set per repository
  • New vulnerabilities in that repository inherit the default assignee
  • You can still reassign or unassign any vulnerability at any time

Where to configure

In the repository settings, set Default Assignee for the repository you want to route automatically.

Notes

  • Auto assignment only applies to newly created vulnerabilities
  • Clearing the default assignee stops automatic routing for that repository
