Overview

Create tickets from vulnerabilities to track remediation work in Jira or Linear.

Prerequisites

Connect a ticketing integration in Settings > Integrations.

Create a ticket

  1. Open a vulnerability
  2. In the sidebar, open Ticketing
  3. Select Create Ticket
If no integrations are connected, the panel shows a callout that no ticketing integrations are available yet.

Ticket fields

  • Summary and Description are prefilled and can be edited
  • Tags are available under Advanced options
  • Jira supports Project Key and Issue Type overrides
  • Linear supports Team Key, Team ID, and State ID overrides

Ticket templates and defaults

You can override ticketing templates and tags at the repository or organization level. When overrides are disabled, those scopes inherit the global defaults.

Existing tickets

Linked tickets appear in the Ticketing panel with status and provider badges.
